The rendez-vous is at 8am at the roundabout at the bottom of Lauris (near the old train station on the D973), arrival at the hunting grounds around 8:15am, followed by a brief tutorial on the different mushrooms we'll be searching for. Hunting will begin around 8:30am.

At 9:30am, an outdoorsman's breakfast, including bread, sausage, paté, tapenade, mushrooms and red wine (juice for the kids), will be served. Our search for mushrooms will end around noon, when we'll pour a last glass of wine to toast new friendships.
